If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Some items can not be returned.

These include:

  • All plant types
  • All Seed Types

Merchandise that has been worn, used, opened or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, you will be contacted through our customer care team to arrange with courier team to receive the returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must return the item within 7 days from the date you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  1. Please email customercare@shatlasky.com to request a refund.
  2. Once we have received your request you will be contacted through our customer care team to arrange with courier team to receive the returns.
  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return along with the original receipt.

 SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
