Shipping policy

Here at Shatla Sky, we'll always do our best to make sure you receive your order in the shortest amount of time possible. This process typically take between 3 to 10 working days unless otherwise specified - some items may take more or less time to deliver.

Once your order has been placed, a courier will contact you to communicate and coordinate the time of delivery

shipping rates might differ based on order size, regions and specific items.

BACK ORDERS

If an item goes on back-order, we will proceed with shipping you the part of your order that is in stock. When the missing item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for the second part of your shipment.
